This replacement frother aerates milk by rapidly agitating it to introduce as much air as possible.

It creates bubbles within the milk that makes a light texture and significantly increases its volume. With this frother you can achieve foamy mixtures that help cut through some of the dense, sharp flavour of strong coffee.
