Vacuum cleaners lose suction power and eventually stop picking up dirt when the filters are clogged.
The S117 Hepa Pre-Motor Filter helps prevent asthma and other problems you may experience with allergies while vacuuming. It is a micrometer filter equipped to pull up soot, pollen and most dust particles.
Capable of removing 99.995% of all air particles from the size of 0.3 microns, this replacement uses special-size fibres and an electrostatic field. A fully functioning Hepa filter will get rid of all pathogens, allergens and particles that cause asthma, making it an ideal addition to vacuums that are used by individuals who are allergic or asthmatic.
If your existing Hepa filter is clogged it will increase the strain on the suction motor, resulting in poor suction performance and reduced motor lifespan.
IMPORTANT: Failure to clean your filters may result in air blockage, overheating and reduce the suction of your vacuum cleaner. Cleaning and replacing your filters regularly will help to maintain its best performance.
Please check model fit list to ensure this part is correct for your model.
