This Dough Hook takes the hard work out of kneading bread, providing the correct level of elasticity for bread and pastry dough.

It is ideal for use making dough for bread, pastries and cookies, the hook is easy to clean - one wipe can remove dough deposits from the single hook shaft, as opposed to a whisk or wire cage.

Designed to provide a kneading action which is ideal for bread doughs, this Dough Hook should be used to replace a buckled or broken hook which isn't effectively reaching all areas of your mixture's bowl.
