The purpose of this Universal Tumble Dryer Vent Hose is to remove of hot, damp air from the interior of the tumble dryer.

It is connected permanently to a vent in an outside wall or is simply hung out of a window when the tumble dryer is operating. If your existing vent hose is clogged up with the lint that is constantly being removed from your clothing, then it will be impossible for your dryer to dry your clothing in a timely manner.
