The Lyric™ W1 Wi-Fi Water Leak & Freeze Detector notifies you when a leak or a drop in temperature has been detected. It can be placed near trouble areas like under the sink and thanks to its status LED lights and loud 100 dBA siren it will easily notify you of a leak.

A 1.2m fully sensing cable is included that has the ability to record and log humidity and temperature levels in the area you are monitoring; these readings are all viewable via the Lyric™ app. Additional fully sensing cables (sold separately) can cover area as large as 150m.

One of the biggest benefits of the system is it will help avoid expensive repairs and loss of valuable items when a disastrous leak occurs.
