Unfortunately we cannot send Lithium Batteries to non UK destinations at this point. We apologise for this inconvenience.

How does ordering multiple items affect delivery?

We will ship available items at the time of order and unavailable items separately as they become available. We use a stock indication system to give you an idea of how soon we should be able to dispatch your item. Please note that you will only pay the delivery charge once. If you order 2 items or more by an express delivery and 1 item is unavailable this item will be despatched when available by non-express delivery.

What happens if my order gets lost or doesn't arrive?

If you do not receive your order within the time specified, it will probably have experienced a delay between leaving our warehouse and arriving with you. We would appreciate it if you allow 3 weeks before it can officially be declared "lost in transit" in which case we will then initiate a claims process. To notify us of a failed delivery please contact Customer Services.

Orders may be sent from our distribution centre in the UK or France. Certain shipments may incur local customs duties and taxes that will be made payable to your local postal provider. Duties and taxes will vary depending on the delivery destination and the value of your order; unfortunately because these are paid locally we cannot give you a breakdown of possible charges in advance of your order being placed. If you have provided us with a valid email address or phone number you will contacted by your local postal provider to make payment. These duties and taxes are non-refundable. If you choose not to pay these duties and taxes then your order will be held for 3 days before being sent back to us. In these instances we will always refund you the full product order value. If you haven't received your items within 3 weeks, please contact us to arrange a replacement order.
