All prices are in £ sterling inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery. Delivery charges can be found under the 'delivery and returns' section within the Information option. They are also shown when you place items in your basket. You may pay by any major credit card or debit card, for a full listing please refer to the ‘Ordering’ section within the information option. Payment is deducted when your order is despatched. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it. |

All orders made through partmaster.co.uk will be processed by Connect Distribution Services Limited and your contract for your purchase will be with Connect Distribution Services Limited only. WEBSITE TRANSACTIONS: When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. We will send an e-mail to confirm receipt. If we accept your order, we will despatch the product(s), at which point we make a legal contract with you. For purchases from this website we will send you an email to confirm despatch. Payment will be processed at the point the goods are dispatched. We will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will contact you as soon as we can to let you know. When you order you will have an opportunity to check the details and correct any input errors. TELEPHONE ORDERS: Provided your chosen goods are available we will process your payment and give you an order confirmation number while you are on the phone to us. We do not send confirmation emails to telephone customers. When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from your card issuer. Next Day Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £8.99.
Provided that your item(s) are in stock they will be delivered the next working day* if ordered before 6pm. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the day after next. To clarify, an order placed after 6pm on Monday would be due to arrive on Wednesday. All of our next day delivery orders are delivered by DPD between 7.30am and 7:30pm . They will need you to sign to confirm the delivery. Next Day Delivery orders placed after 4pm on Friday or at the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Please note that delivery days may vary over bank holidays. Certain postcodes are excluded from our Next Day Delivery service click here for details Remember, you can track the progress of your order at any time using our Order Tracking Facility. |

We are currently unable to offer Next Day Delivery to destinations in Eire. There is one fixed delivery charge for all Eire orders. This is currently £7.25 |
| International Delivery |

Charges for delivery to non-UK destinations do not vary with the value of your order. Please be aware that there may be import duties and taxes to pay when your order reaches your country. Unfortunately we are unable to cover these or any charges for customs clearance so please bear in mind that you may be required to cover these. |
| Products Not Available for International Delivery |

Please be aware that there are certain products on our website that are not currently available for International Delivery. If you add an item that cannot be shipped to your selected destination, you will be notified at the basket and the item will be removed. We are constantly making more items from our extensive product range available for delivery worldwide, however due to the size and weight of certain products these have yet to be cleared by our National Distribution Centre. |

| Order items with different stock status |

If you order products with a different status, for example one in stock item and one with an expected delivery of up to 21 days, we will deliver the in stock item immediately and the other item as soon as it is available. |
| Unavailable items at point of order |

We will ship available items at the time of order and unavailable items separately as they become available. Please note you will pay the delivery charge only once. |
| Lost/damaged items and failed delivery |

In the unlikely event that one of your products is damaged in transit all claims must be in writing. Damaged goods must be retained in case we need to arrange an inspection. In the case of non-delivery, please allow 10 days in case it has been delayed. |
| Lithium Battery Delivery Restrictions |

Lithium batteries have been added to the Royal Mail Group list of dangerous goods and therefore we are unable to ship these items using this courier. If you require such an item you will be prompted to select our Express or Next Day service which uses DPD who are continuing to ship these items. Lithium batteries are not available for shipping outside the UK. |

There may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible by asking for your invoice number and postcode. DUE TO THE AUTOMATED PROCESSES WE HAVE AT OUR CENTRAL DISTRIBUTION CENTRE WE REGRET WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS THEY HAVE OUR AUTHORISATION CODE FOR RETURNS DISPLAYED ON OUTER PACKAGING FOR RECOGNITION AND PROCESSING PURPOSES. |
| Unwanted goods, or Items you have Ordered in Error |

We hope you will be delighted with our product and service, but should you change your mind or have selected a wrong item in error and wish to return product(s) to us. You should inform us of your decision within 14 days from the date on which you received the item(s). We will allocate an Authorisation Code, then issue a Returns Pack containing a Prepaid Returns Label and all details on how to return the item(s). This will ensure the safe arrival and identification of the goods at our Receiving Department. For Quality Reasons we have to inspect the items you have returned, not least to ensure they have been restored to us in full and good order. Upon completing a satisfactory validation of the goods returned, we will refund you any money paid for the product, less the return carriage fee, which will normally equate to the outbound carriage charge. We will normally process your refund within 10 working days of our receiving your return. Refunds are made using the same form of payment as used to make the original transaction. We ask you to ensure your unwanted product is complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Pre-recorded videotapes, DVDs, CDs, Minidiscs and other software must be sealed. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned. In the unlikely event of there being any problems concerning the goods restored to us or the processing of a refund we will contact you by the fastest possible means. If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will normally offer a replacement or repair. This guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear, for consumable items (e.g. batteries, camera films, ink cartridges etc) the guarantee period is three months from delivery. Spares that have to be fitted internally are also guaranteed for three months, provided they have been fitted by a suitably qualified and competent person.
