1. Click on one of the Categories - found on the left hand menu to find the type of product you wish to buy spares or accessories for. This will lead you to some sub-categories to narrow your search and on to a search by brand name. After selection of the brand name you will be presented with a list of product model numbers. Select your product from the list and you will be presented with a list of accessories available for that product.

2. Search - use the Search box to type in the make, model and description or the part number (if known) of the product you want to find. Hit ‘search’ and you will be presented with a list of items matching your search criteria.

In the unlikely event that you cannot find the part you are looking for on the website, we may still be able to find it for you. Simply submit a Product Enquiry (click here) and we will try and find the product you require. In the first instance you will be provided with the option to view results found by our search system or to continue submitting your enquiry to us.

When you wish to purchase a product you’ve found on the website click the Add to Basket button from the Product Information page - this adds the item to your shopping basket. Adding an item to your basket does not commit you to buying it - it simply allows you to collect together all the products you're interested in so you can review them before deciding to buy.

By clicking on the Go to basket button from the basket confirmation screen or by clicking on the Proceed to basket button from the mini basket, you will now be presented with the Shopping Basket page. From here you can:

• Select the required quantity from the drop down list
• Select Standard or Next Day delivery method
• Remove an item should you choose not to purchase it
• Notice that the running total figures update as you make changes
  

You may also browse our products further by clicking 'Continue shopping' and find more items to add to your basket or you may continue to the next ordering phase by clicking on the Go to Checkout button.

You will notice that the price has now been added to the Mini Shopping Basket which is visible at the top right of most pages on our web site, this is where “cookies” play their part in keeping track of your order.

When you have decided that you would like to order the products in your basket, you are then ready to process your order, by clicking the Go to Checkout button.

When you click on the Go to Checkout button, you will be taken to the Checkout screen, this screen contains your order information and full order costs including delivery and handling charges. Please fill out the:

• Contact Details
• Cardholders Address
• Delivery Address (if different)
• Credit/Debit Card Details

Click on the Confirm Order button and the order is now securely sent to us. Your order will be shipped out within the time frame set out by your selected delivery method.
